Red Clouds
A manga-verse Naruto RP. It's probably one of the best ones out there. Lots of reading to do before joining up, but well worth it. Strict reviews on applications make sure nobody is overpowered or god-like (aside from Canons *cough* MADARA *cough ), and an overall friendly place once you get into the groove.

Dropped due to lack of muse July 2012
