Her birth surname is Van Denend, but upon becoming Nox and separating from her family for their safety she took up the faux surname of Salander. She is used to any range of nicknames, and she generally introduces herself as ISABEL but asks people to call her RED for obvious reasons. Don't try calling her SABEL unless you want to get punched. BACKGROUND Isabel was born to a fairly wealthy family in BLACK CITY on OCTOBER 11th about TWENTY-ONE years ago. Her parents are both in the technology industry and are constantly coming up with new ideas to help further advance Unova technologically. They lived a peaceful, normal life until Isabel was thirteen when her uncle offered to house her in Johto so she could start her own pokemon journey. Rather than battling it out in Gyms, Isabel simply collected pokemon that appealed to her. When she was seventeen she got her first motorcycle. She keeps it at her parents' house in Black City, often using her pokemon for transport instead. She frequently visits her parents in Unova when not spending time in Johto. Sometimes she takes pit stops in other regions. SEXUALITY Although she really hasn't given her sexuality or love life much thought, it is most likely that Isabel is a LESBIAN but is still in the closet about it. OCCUPATION Be it on motorcycles or her pokemon, Isabel is a RIDER. Don't let that fool you, though, she has to make bank somehow. She's a great gambler and isn't afraid to get her hands dirty in a few fights for money. ALLEGIANCE Isabel stands with NOX because so far in the war she believes them to be right and worth fighting with. Her family, though, is leaning towards Lux.
