❝ THE CHARACTER. ❞

PERSONALITY Call him Yuuki and die, but there are some out there that have the balls to do it. He won't hesitate to punch someone if they piss him off, seeing as he's a relatively hostile individual towards those he openly dislikes (read: bullies, those that think they're better than everyone else for no reason, those that pick on others "because it's fun", those that are dishonest, disloyal, etc.) and doesn't get along with, but he's not necessarily malicious. He's a very serious person, and is very in-tune with what goes on around him. He's observant and highly intelligent, even so much so as to be considered a genius, having big shoes to fill in his family's legacy in INTERPOL. He's very down-to-earth as well, and is actually a protective, caring individual, despite the fact his seemingly asocial (or even cold) exterior keeps many at arm's length away from him.

Compounding with his other "observer" traits, he's quiet until he needs to open his mouth to speak, or take action against those deserving of it, and despite how he acts towards others he's actually quite gentle - particularly toward animals. He's actually sort of afraid someone will get hurt because of him which is why he puts up the steel walls all around his heart and mind, not wanting others to get close to him. When not in class, he's diligent and persistent when it comes to working with the local authorities on low-grade cases, resting very little until they're solved. He's diligent and persistent in the care of his horse, as well as when it comes to getting as close to perfect as possible in an exercise in the ring - he'll practice for hours until he gets it right.

Although he gives no indication to suffering one way or another, he has self-destructive tendencies whenever he's caught in a slump for one reason or another, and generally resorts to cutting (generally his arms, sometimes his chest) in these situations, or systematically starving himself until he snaps out of it. Most recently he's taken to burning (generally his chest, sometimes his abdomen) if he gets bad enough.

Also, don't ask about the tattoo on his neck too heavily. He'll tell you that it's his brother's seal, but don't press your luck beyond that.

EXTRACURRICULARS Despite the fact that he looks as though he could pass for someone two or more years older than him, he's the freshman representative of the disciplinary committee, as well as a member of the equestrian team. Despite the fact he'd prefer to dedicate more time to the equestrian team than dividing it between two, he's joined the swim team for a trial run, just to see how that goes.

STATUS He's tall (6 feet 1.5 inches) and well-built (167 pounds) for his age, towering over other first-years and quietly displayed strength equivalent to that of a third year. His pale hair and oddly-colored eyes along with his height make him easy to spot coming down the hall. Some are intimidated by a guy that has not one, but five ear piercings (three left cartilage, two right lobe), but almost all try not to get on his bad side, and even skirt away from him whenever possible. Jocks have challenged him in the past for "taking their job" when it comes to intimidating others, and he never backs down.

ETCETERA When he's not doing school work, he's working with the local law enforcement on lower-grade crimes, helping to solve them and put the proper suspect behind bars. He owns a Colt O2570CM, though the license is under his brother's name until he comes of age. He's a damn good shot. It was his brother's gun - don't touch it if you value your physical health. Although he has no sort of formal martial arts training, he's strong and trusts his instincts when it comes to avoiding getting hit and countering with a kick or punch (or throw, or hold).

He's had his seemingly cold and distant personality and self-destructive tendencies since he was thirteen when he saw his brother (who was basically his entire world) taken from him. He didn't pay attention when he was crossing the street and, like any self-respecting twenty-year-old brother, his own shoved him out of the way, getting the full force of the car to his torso. He was sent flying feet away and while the shocked Yuuki ran over to his brother, the incident turned into a hit-and-run. Yuuki stayed by his brother's side while the paramedics were called, but in the end his brother gave up before they could arrive. Yuuki fully blames himself for his brother's death, and constantly reminds himself that he could have prevented it.

He hates living while he knows this, and is determined to one day track down the hit-and-run driver seeing as this was apparently not the first incident of its kind the car matching the description was involved in.

He owns a horse and is appropriately a member of the Aoyama Equestrian Team - one of the few boys. Tho horse is boarded at Aoyama as well. Yuuki's been riding for as long as he can remember, and his horse is named Plaudit's Silhouette (Silhou (sahy-loh) for short). He's a 7-year-old, 17.0hh dappled gray gelding that is ^1/2Anglo-Arabian and ^1/2Hanoverian. Riding and talking to Silhou is a form of release that he gets shortly before sinking into self-harm.

Yuuki and Silhou are an Eventing pair, having trained in Dressage, Cross Country, and Show Jumping for years together. This team happens to specialize in Puissance.

He knows how to cook, too. Being left alone for long periods of time while his parents had to go international for the sake of their jobs, he learned how to prepare decent meals for himself that weren't just something you shove in the microwave.

You didn't think his hair went white from stress, did you? It didn't. He's actually albino. If asked, he tells people the pale skin, white hair, and lavender-colored eyes are all inherited and he's perfectly fine. Truth is he always wears that black suit for a reason, and he hates being outside for a long amount of time. Stepping into light also sort of sucks for him as he has photophobia (a sensitivity to light) in conjunction with the albinism. He hates wearing sunglasses so will generally go for as long as possible without them before going inside. There's a reason he prefers sitting alone in dark rooms rather than the great outdoors.

For the time, he's managed to escape deteriorated vision.

He dislikes the name Yuuki, despite the fact it's a boy's name as well as a girls'. Yuu doesn't really "do" friends too often - he's more of a loner, the quiet guy that sits in the middle of the class so he can see everything going on around him. He gives off a cold air to the people around him, so they tend to avoid him. There are some people though that are brave enough to approach him and find out that really he's just a quiet guy and is actually nice, albeit guarded. Even though people may not necessarily be his "friend" he tries to look out for them however he can - if he sees someone being bullied, he'll put an end to it; if he sees someone struggling with getting things in their locker, he'll try to help. The more he knows you, the more he's going to be willing to talk to you. He's on the swim team and equestrian team, too, so it's not like he's entirely asocial. He's also willing to get to know his teachers some and stay on good terms with them, seeing as he'll be seeing them almost every day for the next couple years of his life. Even if he hates the subject you teach, he'll still be a good student. it makes me want to scream until my lungs bleed ENEMIES Pretty much anybody that tries to give him hell while he does his job as the male first-year rep of the disciplinary committee. This includes jocks that try to gang up on him because he's "stealing their job" with his intimidating size and personality, getting people to steer clear of him quicker than they steer clear of them. Bullies also falls here. He doesn't really give a damn what the reason is, but it's wrong in his opinion and you can't tell him otherwise - he'll quickly respond to stop it in its tracks. Also, people that are just overall rude toward him or others tend to end up on his shit list. but all kept up within ROMANCES Good luck. He's demisexual, meaning he won't fall for someone (female or male) until he establishes a deep emotional connection with them and, seeing as how many steel walls he has around his heart and mind, that in itself will take some time. He probably has a few fangirls (or boys) out there that like his hair, his eyes, the way he dresses, or his looks in general, but unless they can even approach him they won't go anywhere. is there anybody listening?
